We’re celebrating the annual harvest of Hatch Chiles. We’ve created a special menu inspired by our travels to New Mexico and our love for Hatch Chiles. Hatch Chile Nacho Fest will menu will be in effect from August 14th – 25th then our regular menu will return.
3rd Annual Hatch Chile Nacho Fest Menu:
Hatch Chile Chicken Nachos $11 – Cheddar cheese sauce, Hatch Chile Chicken, sweet bell peppers, Hatch Chile Aioli and cilantro
Piña Verde Pork Belly Nachos $11 – Fontina cheese sauce, marinated pork belly (contains soy), fresh pineapple, pickled red onion, Fire Roasted Hatch Chiles and sweet baby bell peppers
Chile Cheeseburger Nachos $12 – Cheddar cheese sauce, ground beef, ground bacon, arugula, Hatch Chile Aioli, pickles, tomato, Fire Roasted Hatch Chiles, pickled red onion and black sesame seeds
New Mexican Street Corn Nachos $10 – Fontina cheese sauce, roasted sweet corn, Hatch Chile Aioli, pickled red onions, cotija cheese, Fire Roasted Hatch Chiles and cilantro. Optional: Add a meat $2
Plain Nachos $8 – Organic tortilla chips with house made cheddar cheese sauce. Optional: Add a meat $2
Hatch Chile Salsa Verde & Chips $5 / Side Salsa $1 – Green salsa made with Fire Roasted Hatch Chiles, roasted tomatillos, onions, cilantro, garlic and lime juice (vegan)
Hatch Chile Cornbread Cake (Dessert) $6 – Sweet cornbread cake made with Candied Hatch Chiles. Topped with cream cheese honey Hatch Chile Frosting (contains gluten)
All Fire Roasted Hatch Chiles are Mild Heat, we we’re not able to get any hot chiles this week.
